Meet Founder Leo Oppenheimer
Leo was born and raised in Kansas City.
He graduated from Columbia Law School in New York and trained at top-tier firms in Dallas and Kansas City. Prior to practicing law, Leo was an investment banking analyst at a private equity firm, where he gained experience in a range of industries, including transportation and logistics, oil and gas, insurance, and banking.
Leo practices business and real estate law in Kansas City. He has extensive experience with commercial litigation in state and federal courts around the country. He has recovered millions for his clients.
Leo is experienced with all manner of contracts and is known for his ability to find creative and effective solutions to complex transactions.
Leo also provides business services and governance advising. He has served in many governance and business roles, from executive director to managing partner. Leo puts his experience to work helping clients navigate their responsibilities and protect their business decisions.
